    It has been a week so I checked my weekly average.  I am doing OK but am still down on some things and would like to lower others. My calories are averaging out more then the 1500 which was my goal.  Hopefully next week will be better.  I weight in tomorrow.  Hope I am down but looking at this I might not be.  It was good to do this again to see where my problem area's are it has stopped me from eating at times.
