As you can see I did bad with my Vit C and calcium, but my multivitamin and calcium pills will help. I got too much sodium and that happened because of the turkey Kielbasa for supper. Those things are just loaded. Otherwise pretty good. I am always low on fiber. Since I will be going to work soon won't eat again until around 1. Trying to keep my calories below 1400 for 3 days then 1800 for 2 days then back down again.
No gym today because by the time I got all my packages ready it was late plus I needed to add some things to the store. I try to add as many as I sell so I have have around the same amount of inventory. I noticed when I had hundreds of items in the store people would usually only look at about 7 pages. Now I keep it to around 5 pages and just add and things sells. I hate aol pictures though as all my pictures look terrible with their old program and they want you to pay alot for the new one.
