HOW TO MAKE IT THRU THE WEEK

Sleep  as much as you can...

Frown  when you get upset...

Read  books that you enjoy...

Play  with simple things...

Do  whatever you want whenever you want...

Look  for affection when you need it...

Get  serious once in a while...

Forget  about diets...  

Show  some affection...  

Get  angry once in a while...

Change  your look...

Be  happy, above all, regardless what your challenges may be... Have a great  week!

How cute!!!! LOVE the pictures!  Good luck with your weight loss.  I am trying to lose 40 lb but am lacking motivation - especially this time of year! I know I need to for my health, but after my 3rd baby, struggled to lose that weight!  We CAN do it!  Hugs, Caroline
