 well except I didn't vote for any of them,

I can understand why you get so upset Julie.  This is scandalous!  I wont even begin to get on my soapbox and go on in depth about the state of our country when it comes to those immigrants who take social security and all the other hand outs they get. A friend told me a story which happened in Ireland about an immigrant mother trying to get onto the local bus service with a push chair.  Each bus that went past had no space for the pushchair, so in the end she left the pram on the pavement and got on the next bus saying she could always get another one off Social Security.  How angry would that make you feel?
End of story!   Grrrrr!  Seems like its endemic throughout the world now.   Jeanie

Thanks for the voting lists! I was glad to see Pennsylvania stood up for English. The Social Security debate was certainly more complicated and I was intrigued that PA split with our Republican voting "for". So much for stereotypes. <grin>

.....yea, I am from Oklahoma now... but guess my rep who didn't vote in the ss vote was drinking coffee!  OR CHICKEN  to vote the way we would have wanted him to vote!   Thanks for the great update!

I stopped voting because in the end the ignorant masses outweighed whatever difference I could make. For Gosh sakes they voted Hilary Clinton into officef?????
