Later the same day.

   OK,  I got that out of my system.  I went to curves and worked out and then went on a 7 1/2 mile bike ride.  What fun.  I did some yoga and tai chi afterward to stretch the muscles.  I have changed my mind about supper and am going out.  I think walleye sounds like just the ticket to bring my spirits up.  They serve a huge pile of steamed brocoli with it and a glass of dry white wine sounds good also.  Exercising releases good endomorphines which make you feel good.  Another reason to exercise everyday.
