Back to work

Well I saw the Doc and am good to go for work tonight.   I am still having pain if I move it wrong but told him not to give me restrictions, I would just see how it goes and if I have any problems tonight I will give him a call.  I see him again next week.

He was kind of worried about the noices coming out of my knee and said someday I will need to have that all cleaned out.  If it affects my bike riding, yah maybe.  I told the doctor if my knee survives the weekend I was planning on hitting the gym Monday and he said that was OK as long as I took it easy and if I have no problems this weekend.  Then we talked bike riding and trails the rest of visit and how important making sure your bike is adjusted correctly when you have bad knees.  I rode one time with the bike not set up right and my knees where killing me so I know that is important.  He was impressed at how many miles I put in last year.

Gee, guess what it is doing today?  Snowing again.  I personally am very tired of the whole thing.  Went to Donna's journal though and saw the snow of 77 which makes ours look not bad at all.  Need to remind myself of that.  Well, I have to get things ready for work.  Take care everyone.  On my long work week I usually read everyones alerts but don't always comment because I don't have much time.

Good luck with your first shift back Julie. That video on Donna's journal made us all thankful it's not snowed like that for a long time! Jeannette xx

Glad you knee is back in working condition.  I know you have been wanting to get back on your feet...literally...for a while now.  Very interesting picture for this entry.

Glad the doctor gave you the go ahead, Julie.  Love that flower picture and agree that I hate the snow.  We haven't had more than a couple weeks of it so we're luck in western Pa. but I will still complain until spring.  Chris
