My clock is so messed up. I spend the whole night thinking, if I can get to sleep now I will get 7 hours......if I can get to sleep now I can get 6 hours......if I can get to sleep now I can get 5 hours. Finally 2 hours before I have to get up I fall asleep and then have to get up. I am tired, tired, tired. I need to get back to my nights.
I have physcial therapy at 8 and then go to the hospital for my fun elevator job. I only have to work 10 hours tonight. Seems like a long time. Well, time to get ready. Have a good day all.

I know all about switching from days to nights and vise versa...It is very hard to get your body regulated so you know when it's alright to sleep. Just think...I roatate shifts ever 2 weeks.

I know how that feels too Julie, it seems you just can't tell your body when to sleep. I do hope you can come off this boring job and get back to normal. Jeannette xx
Julie, What is the name of this plant? I had one like this and the park I live in told me to get rid of it because it was a weed. I loved the way the flower looks. I wouldn't pull it out so when I was not home the park pulled it. I was so mad.

Julie you take such lovely pictures! That thistle is just beautiful and I would never call a Scottish Thistle a weed!
As for sleep...I usually get two and a half hour snatches throughout the night. That's why I end up crashing out for nearly a whole night and part of a day sometimes. My body just needs to put some more zzzzzz's back in the sleep bank. There is nothing worse than watching the clock hands or numbers pivoting round as you lie awake. I got cross eyed at 8 O'clock last night and had to climb the stairs to dreamland. Only to waken up later on again. C'est la vie!
