The last day is here again

Once again the last night of work has rolled upon me.   We have been busy and bursting at the seams.  I am pretty sure I will be getting some calls to come in on my day off.  But will I?

Got off work this morning to fresh snow on the ground.   Bummer.  When will it ever stop.   I want good weather.  Soon.  So I am doing a flower theme on this entry.

I am mentally smelling them and looking the pretty colors.  I am basking in the warmth of the sun.  Birds are singing and as long as I am dreaming I just won the lottery and have quit my job.  Oh...........wouldn't that be wonderful.

Zoey is doing better lately.  She was so dumpy for awhile we were worried but she seems to have improved again.  Even somewhat playful.  Big sigh of relief.

I haven't been typing as much.  My
DeQuervain's tenosynovitis is acting up again.  I can't get it injected anymore and the only cure is surgery.   The pain is pretty awful.  I am hoping it clears up on its own but chances of it doing that are not good.   But getting the injection was simply awful also and I sure wasn't looking forward to that.  I was hoping it would last longer.  The first shot lasted me a couple of years.  This one only a few months.

And with that in mind and the fact that my hand is numb and in pain I will close.   One more night of work. Yippy.

Love the flowers...
By the way, I had that "disease" and tried the shots.  Ended up getting the surgery.  If you want to ask me any questions, go for it!  (It really worked, btw)

That is right, lets think spring. Your flowers are beautiful. I am glad that Zoey is feeling better. I suppose you have been using that arm and wrist too much for the shot to help much. Wish you could win that lottery. Helen

Glad to hear Zoey's doing better. Great shots ! If you don't mind, I'm gonna "borrow" them and post 'em on today's journal (with due credit, of course). Feel better !
