Well doing more packing and I lifted up a box I just finished. Hot searing pain and I am done for the day. Darn back. It wasn't that heavy, only 12 pounds but I must have not used my leg muscles enough so now I pay the price. So here I am, biofreeze on my back, tylenol to take the edge off and missing 12 hours of work. I hope it is better with some rest.

I hope that back gets better quick. There went your profit on that sale plus all that pain. I will send up a prayer for you. I have to use Flexall every night or I can't get in a restful position to go to sleep. Works similiar to the biofreeze. Smell bad too. Helen

Eww, sorry. I went to work on Wed with the worst back pain I've had in a while. I took 2500gm of tylenol (the 8hr strength) and grit my teeth. By the middle of the shift it was still hurting but better from moving around. Hope you are feeling better now. De ;)
