Exercise is so important and I haven't done any of it since last Thursday. I worked all weekend so that is hard to get any exercise in and then yesterday I was so busy catching up with housework and shopping didn't do anything and today I am sick. I am not even going to weigh again until I have gotten some workouts in.
I got a cool bracelet that says take control. Everytime I want to eat something I shouldn't I snap it and remind myself to have control. I also bought a butterfly charm for my first 20 pounds loss.
