Working the last 2 nights and it is hard to be back. My knee is out of wack again and my back hurts. New changes at work depress me. Wish the management would just let us do our job without piling all the other stuff on us. And wouldn't it be great if we got compliments instead of told all the things we need to improve. They take a system that isn't broken and break it all the time. I just shake my head and count the days until I can retire.
2 more nights to go. I was charge tonight. No major problems. Just busy. Came home and watched the horney bucks chase the does through the trees. The does didn't look to interested, There were a couple of nice looking bucks out there this time.
Well, time for bed. I am mentally worn out. See you all later.

I was taught on my management course to give staff a praise sandwich. Start with some praise then tell them what's wrong but end with some more praise. To get constantly told what they need to do to improve demoralizes staff. I wish your management would take note! I'm sorry your back and knee arte hurting, I'm counting the days till I can retire too! Hope you feel better after some sleep. Jeannette xx
I hope you get a good sleep, wake up with no pain...and more relaxed. Hope things slow down at work for the next couple of days too...many hugs and love,
Joyce
I know what you mean about the hospital. We RARELY heard any good stuff. But, they would pile on more paperwork for us and expect us to do patient care in between all of it.
I don't miss it at all.
Hope your knee and back feels better soon.
Pam

I hope the next days are light days at work! :) Take care! ;) Julie
I think that it is pretty much the same wherever you work. It is always the stuff that is piled on you that is not in your job description that gets in the way of what you are actually supposed to be doing. That has been the case whether I was washing cars at a dealership, or arresting the bad guys.
