Omg I'm just glad my drivers license has no codes saying I needed devises on my car before I turned the key on! My friend punched someone's name in on his computer and it actually quoted all tickets, fine's and devices this lady had in regards to her driving priviledges!! Amazing that is all open to the public. I printed it out just to show my hubby! Scarey! Your neighbor could end up being Evil Kenival! :) Door...ps..I retract the free beer on the other journal page! <no drinking and driving> haha!
