To ke...The hardest part for me is portion control. To keep myself from going nuts I literally deal with one meal at a time and try not to think about a "lifetime"...too overwhelming. You should try to eat a banana a day for the ...Hi. You should try to eat a banana a day for the potassium content. It's not a fattening snack at all so it's within your diet.
