Busy

I am so proud of myself.  I worked all day yesterday getting the items ready for sale and listing  auction things on ebay.  I usually don't sale on ebay, but these dishes are a little too new to sell in my store.  They are so pretty and expensive if you buy them new so I am hoping my low prices will snag some bids.  If I entertained I would buy them myself.  Check them out.  Click on the link and then look at the other things this seller is listing.  The coffee pot new sales for $117.00 dollars!  Yikes.  But this elderly couple had lots of money.  Usually what I don't like about ebay is everyone waits until the last minute to bid so I never have anything pre-packed and ready.  I don't pack anything I haven't sold.  Call me lazy.  So in 6 days we will see if it was worth it.

Today I did some much needed yard work.  I hoed around the tomatoes and where the old cars had stood for so long and then planted grass and mulched my tomato plants.  Did some weeding.   Hubby is putting in a new ceiling fan in my bedroom and then we are going for a bike ride.

Downtown they have all new art work outside so I might do another ride around down and post it.  That really neat old art deco building with all the indian heads and great lines just sold so I am extremely happy it won't be torn down.  Tomorrow we are doing a road trip.  Ricks relative has a 63 Chevy Impala we are driving to his new lake house.  We keep getting delayed because it rains everysingle day here and he isn't 100% certain the back window doesn't leak.  Can't get his toy wet.  Anyway that will take us the entire day.

Betty is having a better then average day today and is in good spirits.  She was even laughing.  I hope she is having a good day tomorrow while we are gone.

I hope your auction is a success, and you bring in enough to more than cover your time invested.
